Factory Introduction
In Shanghai, China, the Majid Chemical Plant Company Ltd., located in the Gadi district of Shanghai, is an international city integrated with economic, scientific, industrial, trade, exhibition and shipping centres. Established in 1995, the company specializes in the production of sodium choriasulfate products. The plant developed rapidly and moved to a new site, with a total of 2,2,700 square metres of land for the construction of new plants, 13,590 square metres of land and 4,200 square metres of green land.
The production equipment for the product sodium choriasulphate has undergone four major upgrades. The production process has undergone numerous technological changes, resulting in a scientific summary of a set of production equipment for the manufacture of high-quality products, a rational layout of process processes, technical data on production processes, measures for environmental protection governance, effective operation of quality management systems, resulting in the production of sodium choriasulfate from 15 tons in 1995 to 150,000 tons today.
Under the authority of the Director-General of the Maland Chemical Plant, the Director-General of the Plant is responsible for the operation and management of process activities in accordance with the provisions of the Quality Management System (QMS) documents, in accordance with the respective division of labour and the prescribed responsibilities of organizational personnel in the technical, production, operating, office, technical, administrative, production, equipment, workshop, supply, warehouse and finance sections.
