In 2014, the Nooyang 3JY tape was created by Chan Da-sang Electronics Ltd. in Shenzhen City. The founder, Mr. Yang Zhengxi, has been working in the tape industry for 23 years. He has seen Chinese markets offer low-quality product prices at a low number of metres, small width, small thickness, little viscosity, and distress to customers.
